Harviala Oy collects personal data for the identification of e-commerce customers and the management of access rights, for delivering orders and maintaining and developing customer relationships for registered users.
Customer data is collected and processed with the customer's consent, or to enforce a contract with the customer.
Information content of the register: Company name, Business ID, e-mail address of the contact person or company, username and password.
Personal information is retained for as long as it is needed to implement the agreement with the customer or to develop customer service.
The register collects information about the person or the company itself. Of the registers kept by the authority within the limits permitted by law (eg ytj.fi). Data is also collected using the Google Analytics analytics tool.
